Craig Paxson, President and founder of V3Synergy Consulting, began his career at
Brown Printing Company, where he developed and implemented a quality
control program for the pressroom.
He went on to a Quality Manager position at Rand McNally
where he led the successful effort to become ISO 9001 certified.
He later joined Quebecor Printing Nashville where he ran the
pressroom and installed its first computer to plate process.
As the Director of Operations for IBM, Craig
developed the one-off, print-on-demand book manufacturing techniques
in use at Lightning Source today.
His "Principles of Ultra Short Run" gives tips to printers
who wish to move into this market space.
Craig holds Master’s degrees in Business Administration and Quality
Assurance, a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science and is certified
in Lean and Six Sigma.
Craig has over 15 years of experience improving
processes with innovative methods and proven results.
His methods of process mapping and analysis provide
operations managers with the tools to keep their operations on
track. He bases his
analysis on “Factory Physics” and Eli Goldratt’s Theory of
Constraints.
