The Ultra Short Run Printing Experts

About Craig Paxson

Craig Paxson, President and founder of V3Synergy Consulting, began his career at Brown Printing Company, where he developed and implemented a quality control program for the pressroom.  He went on to a Quality Manager position at Rand McNally where he led the successful effort to become ISO 9001 certified.  He later joined Quebecor Printing Nashville where he ran the pressroom and installed its first computer to plate process.

As the Director of Operations for IBM, Craig developed the one-off, print-on-demand book manufacturing techniques in use at Lightning Source today.  His "Principles of Ultra Short Run" gives tips to printers who wish to move into this market space.

Craig holds Master’s degrees in Business Administration and Quality Assurance, a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science and is certified in Lean and Six Sigma.

Craig has over 15 years of experience improving processes with innovative methods and proven results.  His methods of process mapping and analysis provide operations managers with the tools to keep their operations on track.  He bases his analysis on “Factory Physics” and Eli Goldratt’s Theory of Constraints.

Craig has written an e-book, “Statistical Process Control in Printing”, available for download on his site at www.v3synergy.com.
