The Ultra Short Run Printing Experts

Services and Products

Ultra Short Run:

V3Synergy understands better than anyone the unique challenges of Ultra Short Run (less than 50 copies) document production.  Our "Principles of Ultra Short Run" gives tips to printers who wish to move into this market space.

Process Improvement:

As printers embrace digital technology, and runs get ever shorter, V3Synergy can help you improve your process.  Our methods of mapping process, data and physical flow will identify bottlenecks, determine inefficiencies and improve your processes and your bottom line.  V3Synergy uses “Factory Physics” and Eli Goldratt's Theory of Constraints as the foundation for process improvement.

Equipment Purchases:

Do you have questions about which digital equipment you should buy?  Do you need someone to validate the ROI model the salesperson gave you?  At V3Synergy, we can help you through the maze of equipment purchasing.  We can do quality, productivity and cost comparisons between different types of equipment, so you can maximize your investment.

Software Products

Operator Software for Infoprint

We have developed a unique replacement to the Infoprint Manager operator console.  Our sotware controls Infoprint Manager behind the scenes, making single-click control of complex printer functions possible.  For example, one-click can pause the currently executing job, run an additional copy of the previous job and restart the current job.  Our software can also log printer and job status, notify key individuals when the printer is down and provide operator statistics.

One-Off Foil Stamping

Our Flesher Premere foil stamper control software is designed for ultra short run.  It replaces the Flesher control software and can be customized for your application—operators can key in the text to be stamped or the information can be drawn from a database.  Operator instructions can be displayed on screen to enable cover and spine stamping.
